Best friends Jenny and Lee have been making the nation roar with laughter since they both first appeared on Gogglebox’s fourth series in 2014.
And the dream duo are finally back on our screens as the show has returned to Channel 4.
Jenny and Lee have provided some iconic Gogglebox moments over the years, such as when Lee accidentally ate Jenny’s face cream after mistaking it for a dip.
But do Lee and Jenny live together in a caravan in real life, and what is Lee’s day job?
Does Jenny own the caravan?
The caravan actually belongs to Lee.
Lee’s caravan, where the duo film the show, is in Patrington Haven caravan park in Hull.
He lives there with his partner Steve. The couple celebrated their 27th anniversary on June 5, 2021.
Jenny and Lee don’t usually live in it together, but the pair decided to self-isolate in Lee’s caravan during the first lockdown
After nine weeks of living in the caravan, Jenny, 65, moved back home with her husband Ray in May.
Before she left, Jenny asked Lee on the show: ‘I’ll miss you when I go home. Have you bought me a leaving present?’
Lee, 51, joked: ‘Yeah. A f****** suitcase.’
However, he didn’t manage to get rid of Jenny for long as the pair reunited and shared a selfie ahead of the start of the new series. With beaming smiles and a thumbs-up from Jenny, they appeared to be right back on their Gogglebox sofa.
It came after the pair spent months apart with Lee and his partner enjoying a long break in Cyprus from June to September.
Jenny and her friend were back together to film the show on September 10.
What is Lee’s day job?
Lee’s job outside of the show is unknown.
We know that Jenny used to work as a pub landlady, which is how she met Lee who was a regular.
Jenny told Ireland’s Big Issue Magazine: ‘Lee was a customer at my pub, The Crown Inn in Paull.
‘He became a regular in 1994 and used to come in pretty much every night with his partner and we were friends from the off.
‘We’ve been best friends ever since.’
The two immediately became inseparable, and often go on holiday together.
Lee added: ‘I don’t think we’ve ever had an argument. We’re too placid to argue. She makes me laugh too much for me to ever fall out with her.’
The new series of Gogglebox airs on Friday, September 17 on Channel 4 at 9pm.
