Dr Hilary was left red-faced and blushing after being asked if he’s ‘dated sex dolls’ in the past.

Good Morning Britain hosts Piers Morgan and Susanna Reid informed their viewers of the Kazakhstani bodybuilder who married his sex doll this week almost a year after proposing.

Their love story was highly entertaining for Piers who couldn’t help but laugh his way through the segment.

He then turned to their resident doctor and asked: ‘Hilary you must have dated some sex dolls in your time?’

Dr Hilary was visibly taken aback by the intrusive question and replied sheepishly: ‘How would they say “I do?”’

‘You don’t have to do you? It’s just a tacit, silent acquiescence to everything,’ Piers replied.

As Susanna tried to turn the heat down on the racy conversation, Piers mocked his co-host in a high-pitched voice and said: ‘That’s enough people, back we go into nice abstemious fun, no fun, no happiness, no nothing, let’s go back to Susanna Reid’s world.’

Susanna hit back: ‘I have plenty of fun in my world thank you,’ but Piers wondered: ‘How you don’t do anything?’

The pair had earlier discussed Piers’ sex life after a column his wife wrote revealing how they are considering trying roleplay in the bedroom to spice things up.

Piers quipped: ‘Here’s how to get through a year of hell in lockdown.’

Between blow-up dolls and roleplay, the x-rated discussion was a little too much for viewers who admitted they were cringing through their breakfast.

One reacted on Twitter: ‘@GMB I don’t want to be a killjoy but I don’t want to hear about Piers’ sex life ever let alone with breakfast and my daughter getting ready for school, nor do I want sex dolls thanks very much.’

Another viewer was in a similar awkward situation and chimed in: ‘Can peirs morgan not talk about someone marrying a sex doll at 7:45 in the morning when children are up having breakfast and getting ready for school? My 9 year old heard that!’

‘Cheers @piersmorgan, now I have 2 explain 2 my eight year old daughter what a sex doll is,’ one agreed.

Good Morning Britain airs weekdays at 6am on ITV.
