A guy with bumps all over his head has been dubbed a “gentle giant,” and he is now centimetres taller as a result of the lumps, which range in size from grapes to golf balls.
Dan is Dr. Pimple Popper’s most recent patient, and he’s looking for relief from the growths on his scalp.
The TLC reality programme follows patients across America visiting dermatologist and cosmetic surgeon Dr Sandra Lee for relief with their ‘spots’, whether it be a person suffering from ‘maggots’ in their toes to rashes smelling like ‘hot trash’.
Dr. Lee has previously assisted patients with a ‘third breast’ beneath an armpit, as well as a guy with 400 tumours across his body.
TLC describes Dan as a “gentle giant with bumps on his head that add a couple inches” in a trailer for a forthcoming episode.
Patient Dan is shown in the movie discussing the magnitude of the lumps all over his head, on top of his scalp, and behind his ears.
‘I’ve got these large lumps all over my head,’ Dan begins.

‘My bumps pretty much look like giant grapes, the one on the back of my head is essentially a golf-ball.’
His partner then adds: ‘It’s like a cutie orange. Like, it’s big.’
In adorable scenes, the gushing patient replies: ‘She called me a cutie.’
‘You are a cutie,’ she laughs back.
‘Awww. They are a sweet couple,’ one viewer wrote, while others were distracted by the bumps.

‘Giant grapes… seriously,’ another added.
This comes after a guy sought treatment for cysts ranging in size from a pea to an orange on the back of his head.
In a previous clip, he said: ‘I think I’ve got seven or eight, the size of a pea to the size of an orange.’
He went on to explain: ‘When I was 14 years old, I noticed two small bumps on the side of my forehead, maybe the size of a quarter.

‘I had those removed when I was about 18 years old, but I noticed more started to grow and they got bigger and bigger in my 20s and into my 30s.
‘In the last three to four years, they’ve almost doubled in size.’
After experiencing hair loss, the anonymous patient became more concerned about the cysts.
He said: ‘Before I started losing hair up top, the hair covered them, but when I started losing hair, they became more and more obvious.

‘I guess I put off having them fixed because I worried that maybe they’d gotten big enough that there would be complications from the surgery and I didn’t want to have to worry about that.’
He added: ‘It’s kind of like living life with an evil twin on your head or something.’
This comes after he opened up about wanting surgery just weeks after the death of his wife Becky, tearfully telling viewers: ‘Becky wanted more than anything for me to have these bumps taken care of.
‘Unfortunately, she passed away two weeks ago.’
