The pair were introduced to Lisbon Lion Williams-McKay in the studio, with Holly praising their ‘adorable’ new family member.
‘We watched the bump grow and now this little miracle is here!’ Holly said.
Explaining the unique choice of name, Dr Zoe’s partner Stuart McKay said: ‘We met in Lisbon 20-something months ago, so that was on the list of names from the very beginning. When he was born we just had to see if he could pull it off. It’s a pretty brave name.’
‘Thank goodness you didn’t meet in Scunthorpe,’ Phillip joked.
‘We’ve always symbolised our relationship with lions… When he was born he was our little lion club,’ Dr Zoe added, referencing the middle name.
Phillip also congratulated Holly on successfully guessing that Lisbon would be a boy – after using her genius baby bump trick to make a successful prediction earlier this year.
It comes after Dr Zoe, 41, confirmed that she and her partner Stuart McKay had become proud parents last week, sharing the news with her followers.
She posted a sweet picture of the baby’s hand, writing: ‘So delighted to announce that baby Williams-McKay has arrived and we are all safe, sound and doing great.’

Speaking about her experiences since giving birth to Lisbon, Dr Zoe said: ‘I’m getting emotional. Life is now complete.’
‘I can’t imagine being on this planet for another 50 years without being a mum,’ she added.
‘You look amazing,’ a delighted Holly said, before saying: ‘He is just beautiful.’
‘Good head of hair as well,’ Phillip said. Zoe then explained she was born with straight hair similar to Lisbon before it went curly later in her childhood.
This Morning airs on weekdays at 10am on ITV.
