Drag Race UK star Lawrence Chaney has deleted her Twitter following last night’s episode, which saw the comic queen fall out with fellow contestant Ellie Diamond.
The 23-year-old and Ellie, 22, locked horns when the latter won the opportunity to pick the running order of the stand up comedy contest, which was judged by RuPaul Charles, Michelle Visage, Alan Carr and special guest Dawn French.
Alongside eliminated queen A’Whora, who was booted out of the series following an X-rated gag about her own grandmother, Lawrence blew up at the fellow Scottish queen for trying to sabotage her rivals.
Following the explosive episode, Lawrence has deleted her Twitter which boasted 90,000 followers.
Bimini, who won last night’s by slaying their stand-up and making a lewk made up of zits the epitome of high-end fashion, backed Lawrence and urged fans of the BBC Three series to be a bit kinder.
‘This is a @ShadyLawrence stan account and you all need to realise it isn’t that deep,’ they wrote. ‘It’s a television show. If you support me please don’t tear others down!’
Bimini also wrote: ‘Love you all but please be kind. A throwaway comment to a queen may be a second out of your day but it could be harmful. Let’s not tear each other day.’
Ellie added: ‘Just remember it’s never okay to send someone hate or hateful comments! Be kind to others and keep yah moof closed!’
A’Whora recently told Metro.co.uk she called Drag Race bosses regretting ever doing the series because trolling had become so intense.
‘Definitely, the first three episodes were a horrific experience. I remember calling World Of Wonder and saying to them, “I regret ever doing this show because this is horrible”.
‘It is really really harsh sometimes – it’s intense and it’s overwhelming, honestly. It can be a great overwhelming but sometimes you don’t want it.
‘It just wasn’t worth it, I felt like the show wasn’t worth the harassment I was having.’
