Frankie Bridge is secretly communicating from the I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! castle, according to her Loose Women co-stars.
The singer is busy getting to grips with her place in Gwrych Castle in Wales, but while she’s away from husband Wayne and their kids, she’s apparently sending signals to the outside world.
On today’s episode of Loose Women, Kaye Adams revealed before Frankie went into the castle – where she’s already proven to be one of the favourites to take out the ITV series – she shared the little sign she’d do to tell her co-hosts she was thinking of them.
Kaye explained: ‘You might not have spotted this, the Frankie symbol she said she’d make to show she was thinking of us loose ladies…’
They then showed footage of Frankie dodging the latest Bushtucker Trial, and wiggling her shoulders in what is, according to the ladies, the signal of Loose Women.
It’s the jiggle of the shoulders, says Kaye.
Practising before she went in, the show shared footage of Frankie letting her comrades know the secret sign before they all did the same move for cameras.
Frankie is not the first one thought to be sending signals to the outside world while on the show, with Vernon Kay and Giovanna Fletcher both flashing some signs on last year’s series to let home know they’re thinking of them.
However, while Frankie’s evidently got her Loose Women ladies on the mind, she might have another symbol waiting for footballer husband Wayne – who appeared on the 2016 edition of I’m A Celebrity – after he urged fans to vote for his wife in the next Bushtucker Trial.
Taking to his Instagram stories, he told his followers: ‘If you haven’t voted for a celeb to do the next challenge I voted for Frank. Please vote for Frank if you haven’t voted, I really want to see her to do it.
‘She’ll hate it but it will be entertaining.’
So far Frankie’s proved to be a force to be reckoned with in the trials, beating Richard Madeley in the first big trial of the series, and thus making sure Louise Minchin, Snoochie Shy, Matty Lee and Kadeena Cox got a cosier stay than the rest of the campmates in the main camp.
And she entertained the punters at home, after sharing a rather eyebrow-raising story around her underwear habits while in the castle.
The things you do for that crown.
I’m A Celebrity airs 9pm tonight on ITV, while Loose Women returns tomorrow 12.30pm on ITV.
