Matt Hancock has only just arrived to the I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! camp, but fans of the show think he may have ruined the entire season already.
After taking part in the Beastly Burrows challenge with comedian Seann Walsh, the former health secretary entered the camp on Wednesday’s episode, where he was immediately questioned about why he decided to sign up for the series.
The campmates weren’t the only ones who were unhappy, but audiences watching along at home didn’t waste any time and took their chance to nominate the politician for the next challenge.
On Thursday’s episode, Mr Hancock is set to face the Tentacles of Terror.
From shattering the vibe in camp to taking over the trials, it’s made I’m A Celebrity sour for a lot of long-tern fans who have watched every series.
One viewer wrote that ‘it bothers me that all the ire being aimed at Matt Hancock and the idea of getting him alone to do every trial, is going to ruin the show for the other contestants and the viewers. Ignore him I say, that’ll hit home harder than any trial’.

Another added that having him there ‘ruined my favourite TV show’.
‘Sadly no longer watching. First time I ever deliberately not watched. Gutted you ruined the show,’ he wrote.
Another pointed out that it was likely the British public would ‘vote him for every trial’ and it would ‘ruin [the show] by giving him attention’.
‘Can’t imagine how it feels for people who suffered from this persons decisions and having to see him in one of their favourite TV shows’.
However, this person saw a lighter side of having Mr Hancock come in, and wasn’t far off the mark, predicting that Hollyoaks actor Owen Warner would have no clue who the politican was.
And then lo and behold, he said on last night’s episode: ‘I don’t fully understand the mistakes he [Mr Hancock] has made to be honest. I don’t follow politics.’
When presenters Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly confirmed Mr Hancock would be undertaking his second Bushtucker Trial, he admitted that he ‘knew’ he was going to be selected, but ‘still felt nervous’.
I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! continues tonight at 9pm on ITV.
