Giant head cyst explodes in doctor’s hands in extreme graphic pimple popping video

The Bad Skin Clinic faces its most brutal pimple popping video yet as a man’s head cyst explodes in a doctor’s hands.

In the new episode, which airs tonight on Quest Red, a man named James seeks the help of Dr Emma Craythorne to remove a cluster of protruding head bumps that have been slowly growing over 20 years.

Unable to get the right help from doctors before now, James admitted that he’d been left with anxiety issues over the bumps, fearing people would be talking about them.

‘The big prominent bump at the front is the key thing that jumps out. It’s the first thing that I see every morning when I look in the mirror. I hate it,’ he admitted.

‘I get headaches, I get irritable really easy, and it affects work.

‘Every time I’ve approached the GPs here or the GPs back in the US. They just kind of brush it off.’

Seeing Dr Emma at her Harley Street clinic, the pro dermatologist is immediately shocked by the strain the lumps are putting on his skin, saying the pilar cysts looked ‘desperate to get out’.

Her instincts proved correct as well, and in the operation, within seconds of piercing through the skin, a gush of horrible, slimy pus explodes from the wound.

‘There’s a whole load of this gunk in here,’ the doctor declares, before showing what she removed to the horrified James.

James remained awake during the procedure, and even comments about feeling the lumps ‘pop’ one-by-one, with another particularly bad explosion causing Emma to joke she’d made the ‘money shot’.

‘It doesn’t happen that often that you would get an explosion,’ Dr Emma said.

‘But in his case there was a bit of a weakening in the wall and I cut that a little bit with the scalpel, so when Mottie and I pressed it to get it out of the little hole it properly exploded!’

After the messy and tricky surgery though, it seems it was all worth it, with James feeling better already about his new, lump-free head.

‘I am feeling ecstatic that Dr Emma was able to help today,’ he said.

‘For the last 20 years, every morning I look in the mirror and I see the bumps, and now I don’t have to see them anymore.’

The Bad Skin Clinic airs tonight at 10pm on Quest Red.
