Gino D’Acampo urges viewer to poison mother-in-law in outrageous This Morning phone-in

Gino D’Acampo left Phillip Schofield speechless on today’s This Morning, after suggesting a viewer should think about poisoning her mother-in-law.

Yes, really.

The chef and presenter was acting as an agony aunt during Tuesday’s episode when he was asked about a Christmas dilemma.

As one viewer made clear, she was struggling with her mother-in-law who kept coming over at Christmas and ruining her enjoyment of the holidays.

First, he offered his best advice and urged the viewer to concoct an elaborate lie about a work trip – only to ‘cancel’ at the last minute.

He also thought of moving to Italy as a way of escaping her. However, after that was a no-no, apparently there was only one thing for it.

‘Have you ever tried to slowly poison this woman?’ Gino suggested.

Phil was left speechless, while temporary co-host Josie Gibson had her head in her hands.

He wasn’t finished there, either, adding: ‘Not in one go, because everybody would find out. Just slowly, slowly.’

Gino has been causing chaos as always (Picture: ITV)

Never change, Gino.

It’s the most recent bit of mischief Gino has caused on This Morning, after he caused chaos as usual and left Holly Willoughby mortified when he dropped a reference to her vagina during a gag.

Meanwhile, it looks like Gino’s road trip with Gordon Ramsay and Fred Sirieix’s Road Trip has come to an end, after Gino shared the news of the ITV show’s cancellation on social media.

This Morning airs weekdays from 10am on ITV.
