Holly Willoughby has presented her first big award presentation since returning to television with Dancing On Ice 2024.
The 42-year-old ITV broadcaster stepped resigned from This Morning in October 2023, after 14 years on the show.
She made her reappearance alongside new co-host Stephen Mulhern for the figure skating competition, and now she’s reached another milestone.
On Thursday evening, she presided over a gala dinner benefiting Great Ormond Street Hospital.‘What a wonderful evening and a complete honour to be hosting the Love GOSH gala dinner for Great Ormond Street Hospital @greatormondst,’ she wrote alongside a series of snaps from the big night.
Holly looked stunning in a black floor-length gown with silver accents and transparent panels, and in one shot, she was seen striking a stance on the dance floor with a microphone in hand.
‘Thank you to everyone who came and dug deep to raise an ENORMOUS amount of money to go towards a new state-of-the-art Children’s Cancer Centre at GOSH,’ she added.
On the night, the TV personality was accompanied by her makeup artist Patsy O’Neil, and she also met a father named Gareth, whose daughter Sienna is being treated for leukaemia.
Holly continued: ‘Always grateful for my lovely date @patsyoneillmakeup and really enjoyed meeting Gareth who spoke so honestly about his daughter Sienna’s treatment for leukaemia… heart is full ❤️
‘Special mention to Charlie Ross the auctioneer and @rebecca_ferguson and @feelinginsta who lit up the dance floor 💃🏻’
Fans were thrilled to see Holly smiling, while her buddy Dermot O’Leary simply replied, ‘Well done, xx’
Meanwhile, it appears she will be busy once Dancing On Ice ends, as buddy and former This Morning co-star Rylan Clark said they had a secret project in the works.
However, fans thirsty for firm details will be disappointed for now, as the 35-year-old star kept his lips sealed when asked about the exact nature of the project – but he did cryptically tease: ‘All will become clear.’
‘All I can say is me and Holly have done something and you’ll find out what it is very soon,’ he told The Sun.
When probed for more information, he added: ‘Put it this way, we’re not doing a show together but all will become clear…’
