This Morning’s Holly Willoughby has revealed her foolproof baby bump trick for predicting the sex of a child, and it’s genius.
Holly – who has three children, Belle, Harry and Chester with husband Dan Baldwin – and co-star Phillip Schofield were celebrating the news of the show producer Sarah Mott’s baby Jacob being born when she shared the tip with viewers.
Holly claimed that she had a 100% streak of correctly guessing the sex of babies with the trick and urged viewers to try it themselves.
‘We are pleased to say that Jacob’s arrival has kept my record of predicting the gender of team’s babies at one hundred percent,’ she said.
‘I was right again! All in the hands!’.
Holly said that the key was in the shape of her palm when feeling a baby bump.
According to the presenter, if the bump matches the natural curve of her palm it means the baby will be a boy. If it goes ‘out’, it means the baby is a girl.

‘If you are at home, and you’re pregnant, and thinking, “I want to know how to do this”, use the shape of your hand,’ she said.
Explaining the method, Holly added: ‘If it dips into that exact same thing on the side, it’s a boy, if it goes out, even just a tiny bit, it’s a girl.’
Calling on viewers to give it a try, Holly said: ‘Let me know if that works at home for you, let me know!’
‘Well, you are 100%! You’ve been doing it for years,’ Phil added.

Meanwhile, Holly recently announced her first book as she finally revealed why she’s been missing from This Morning.
The 40-year-old star took an extended Easter break to work on a ‘secret project’ – with Rochelle Humes stepping in alongside Phillip – and now she’s officially confirmed her book Reflections.
This Morning airs on weekdays at 10am on ITV.
