It’s hard to believe, but the final of I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! is already in sight – with the series being trimmed short by two days.

The final will now air on Friday, December 4 – meaning we have just over a week of Gwrych Castle left to fill our evenings.

Currently, there are still 12 campmates in play, and it’s not known when the eliminations will begin or how many will be in the final.

Within the normal three week timeline, eliminations begin on Sunday, and it is likely that could still be the case.

But we’re sure that whoever does make it to the last hurdle is going to have to work hard to save their place.

They will be crowned the first (and possibly only) King/Queen of the Castle, with the series moving to Wales due to the coronavirus outbreak.

Currently, it’s intended for the show to return to its home of New South Wales, Australia as soon as travel restrictions are lifted and the pandemic is more contained.

Tonight will see Hollie Arnold and Shane Richie take on the Wicked Waterways in the new trial.

This marks Shane’s third trial in a row, with viewers tiring of seeing the EastEnders actor take on the challenges.

So… who will be crowned champion?

According to bookies, Giovanna Fletcher and Jordan North are the two campmates to beat.

On the opposite side of the scale, it’s Hollie and Beverley Callard that run the risk of being the first contestant out the door.

The series has been hard on the contestants, who have been struggling in the hostile environment, brutal weather and cold, rather than the typical jungle.

But hey, at least now the end is in sight.

I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! continues nightly at 9pm on ITV.
