I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here viewers were left wondering what was going on after the programme froze mid-way through the Castle Coin Challenge.

Fans were watching Mo Farah and Vernon Kay dressed as Robin Hood and Friar Tuck as they completed an archery and maths challenge to try and win some treats for the camp.

As the pair finished up their challenge and won the coins, viewers were left baffled as the show froze unexpectedly.

They took to Twitter to say: ‘Thank god it weren’t just my TV… I was having a nervous breakdown for one minute’.

Others added: ‘Me heading to Twitter to see if anyone else’s TV froze during I’m a celeb’ and ‘oh my tv couldn’t handle the smartness of mo & vernon’.

Some were frustrated by the barrage of people tweeting about the technical difficulties, adding: ‘YES THE TV STOPPED, CALM DOWN’.

Vernon and Mo had been required to take on a series of maths puzzles, using a bow and arrow to hit the target with the right answer to each equation.

The money bag dropped after the pair answered five correctly, which left the rest of the campmates to answer a question correctly to get the treat.

The pair chose chocolate coins over the mini cheddars on offer from Kiosk Cledwyn, who called the camp to ask them what percentage of Brits claim to have seen a ghost.

I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here airs weekdays from 9pm on ITV.
