I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! 2020 runner-up Jordan North has revealed that he’d like to get his teeth fixed after watching himself on the show.
The Radio 1 DJ, who came second to author Giovanna Fletcher, explained that he was ‘horrified’ after watching videos of himself taking part in the Bushtucker trials.
‘I’m gonna get my teeth done as well. Not massively, just the bottom ones, just a whitening. I saw a few clips last night and thought, hmm,’ he told The Sun.
‘I’m not going to go full Rylan or Simon Cowell. I have to be careful as I’ve got to go back to Burnley. If I look like I’ve been kicked through showbiz school backwards, I’ll be told.’
It comes after the 30-year-old revealed that he almost quit the ITV series because of how terrified he was of doing the trials.
‘I’ve not talked about this to anyone, I just had a complete meltdown. And I know what people mean now by sheer panic,’ he said. ‘I delayed it by loads. None of this got shown on TV.
‘I just said, “I cannot do this. And I’m not going to do this. And in fact, I am gonna go. I don’t need to do this”.
‘I nearly said, “I’m just not going to do the trial”. I nearly walked.’
However, it was clearly a blessing in disguise that he was put forward for so many challenges, as he conquered his fears and evolved beyond his wildest expectations throughout the series.
After his exit, Jordan who went to his ‘happy place’ during the grim trials, received a special message from Burnley’s football manager.
During Saturday’s instalment of, I’m A Celebrity… Daily Drop, host Vick Hope surprised the football fan with a personal video message from Sean Dyche.
After watching the clip, a stunned Jordan replied: ‘Sean Dyche called me mate! That feels great. That just means the world to me. That’s a great gift. I love that guy.’
I’m A Celebrity 2020 is available to watch on the ITV Hub.
