In scenes that aired last night, Jordan confessed he and his friend Daryll Morris had accidentally skipped the historical sporting moment – which saw Mo win his gold medal in the men’s 10,000m race – to watch a film and eat pizza.
Addressing the BBC Radio 1 presenter’s admission, Daryll penned: ‘So when Jordan and I missed Mo Farah win gold at the Olympics because we watched a film instead, we made a pact that we wouldn’t tell anybody.
‘Never did I imagine he would TELL MO FARAH on NATIONAL TELEVISION. Ffs.’
Despite the embarrassment, Daryll did confirm the film they watched was No Vacancy, a horror starring Christina Ricci and Timothy Olyphant.
‘It was indeed No Vacancy which isn’t quite Super Saturday but is a highly underrated film,’ he added.
‘And I can’t recall the toppings but it was probably meat based,’ Daryll said of the pizza.
On top of Jordan’s Super Saturday confession, last night’s episode saw him and Shane Richie tackle the Viper Vaults.
The team managed to score nine stars, securing their final one with seconds to spare before the klaxon sounded the end of the trial.
‘That is the most terrifying thing I’ve ever done in my life… ever,’ Jordan said after escaping the pit.
I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! continues tonight at 9pm on ITV.
