Shane Richie’s son has warned his dad will ‘definitely throw up’ if confronted with an eating trial on I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here.

Ahead of Sunday night’s launch show, Shane Nolan – Shane’s 28-year-old son with ex-wife Coleen Nolan – appeared on This Morning to give an inside scoop on what it’s like to live with him.

While he said that he would be OK getting on with people, Shane warned his dear ol’ dad would have his patience tested when he started getting hungry.

And as for the eating trials? Prepare to see something stomach-churning on telly, with the set menu of tripe and pigs trotters sure to cause a rank reaction from Shane.

‘He’ll definitely, 100% be sick if he does the eating trial,’ he told Ruth Langsford and Eamonn Holmes. ‘And let me tell you I will be voting for that! No problem.’

Nothing like a bit of family support there from Shane!

As for what could make the EastEnders actor kick off, he said: ‘Maybe people bossing him about. I’m nervous to see what he’s gonna be like cleaning the dunny more than anything.

‘That is gonna be TV gold I think!’

‘You know my dad, you both know him, he’ll get on with anyone, but it’s when you’re hungry, when you’re tired, you know you’re not eating the littlest things get on your nerves.’

While in the chat, Shane also debunked claims that he was changing his name back to Shane Roche Jr in honour of his dad appearing on the show.

Instead, the joker said that if Sir Mo Farah wins, he’ll be changing his name to his.

Not sure how the Olympian feels about adopting a 28-year-old, but it’s certainly a unique prize!

This year, the team are heading to North Wales for this series, making a home out of Gwrych Castle in Abergele.

But it comes with a catch, with the castle grounds they’re staying in being haunted, and sub zero temperatures expected – a far cry from the usual hot Australian jungle.

This Morning airs weekdays from 10am on ITV.
