I’m A Celebrity 2021: AJ Pritchard predicts Naughty Boy will break rules when re-entering castle

AJ Pritchard has teased Naughty Boy is more likely to bend the rules once he enters the castle again on I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!.

The former Strictly Come Dancing professional, 27, appeared on Tuesday’s Good Morning Britain, and jokingly revealed to hosts Susanna Reid and Ben Shephard, that the 40-year-old producer will find a way to smuggle in more contraband after he was forced to hand over spices on day one.

‘Imagine going into the cold in the castle, knowing you’re gonna have to do trials and then they’re like “oh no, you’ve got to go to a spa retreat,” AJ quipped.

‘”Quickly eat as much food as you want, get warm,” and then be like “oh no, now I’ve got to go back into the cold.”‘

The all-star line-up was removed from Gwrych Castle on Friday as production worked round the clock to get the site back up and running after Storm Arwen caused substantial damage, however ITV confirmed the show will return with a live episode on Tuesday night.

‘I can imagine Naughty Boy is the one who really does not want to go back into the cold,’ AJ later added.

‘He’s the one who’s going to be like, “do you know what, I’m going to try and stuff as much stuff into my pockets” because this is what I would do.’

The dancer’s playful revelation follows the incident which involved the producer sneaking in spices during his first night in the camp.

Speaking in the Bush Telegraph, Naughty Boy explained: ‘Before I left, I grinded some spices that could make rice and beans actually taste a bit nice so what I did, I put it in my sock.

‘There’s cumin seeds, cloves, turmeric, coriander seeds. If you could smell this. Wow. And black peppercorns.’

Viewers will have to wait and see how the star handles castle life a second time round.

I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! continues tonight at 9pm on ITV.
