I’m A Celebrity 2021: Katie Price urges Naughty Boy not to quit show after he admits his ‘time is done’

Katie Price is rooting for I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! contestant Naughty Boy after he was seen considering quitting the series last night.

In scenes that aired on the ITV competition show on Tuesday, the music producer said that he believes his time on the programme is ‘done’, with Dame Arlene Phillips also expressing a similar sentiment that she too wants to leave.

But Katie, who appeared on the third and ninth chapters, urged Naughty Boy to keep on soldiering on.

Sharing her thoughts on the latest episode, the mum-of-five said: ‘If I could sit here in front of Naughty Boy now, I’d be like, “Do not leave the camp! You can’t win everything. Challenge yourself.”’

Katie continued: ‘I just feel bad. It really does hit him.

‘It’s amazing when you do a show like that how things really hit you, because he’s successful in what he does, and then when you become a team player and do things as a team, it is different the way you feel about things.’

The former glamour model stressed that there’s no way that Naughty Boy should give up yet.

‘He has to stay,’ she exclaimed. ‘I root for Naughty Boy to stay. Don’t worry about the other camp, it is a game at the end of the day.’

Naughty Boy felt disappointed last night after he and David Ginola lost out to the main camp in the Don’t Waste It challenge.

The second trial saw him chosen by the main camp to face Snoochie Shy – who was chosen by the public vote – in Treacherous Traps, which had the La La La hitmaker wondering if he’d been chosen by the red team because ‘they think I’m the weakest’.

After losing again, Naughty Boy said: ‘I do think my time here is done. I had a feeling earlier and I was thinking about mum and obviously, I love you guys…

‘I don’t think after knowing what the main camp probably knew what they were putting me through knowing I did the challenge earlier – I don’t know if I could ever join that camp.’

It currently remains to be seen as to whether the star has left the castle or not.

I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! airs tonight at 9pm on ITV.
