I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! star Snoochie Shy revealed the producers helped campmates take out the toilet, but the star admitted she didn’t mind being on ‘poo patrol’.
The Radio 1Xtra DJ, 29, was the third celebrity to leave the camp and endured her fair share of Bushtucker trials, including The Dreaded Diner, which involved her and former Emmerdale star Danny Miller consuming dishes with titles such as Grot Dog and Sneeze Burger.
During the course of the show’s 20-year run, viewers have seen the celebrities discuss dunny duty with a look of disgust, for obvious reasons, however, Snoochie might’ve been the first star who didn’t mind getting stuck in.
Speaking to The Sun, she said: ‘I was doing poo patrol, I loved poo patrol. I actually thought before coming in, I might have to drain the poo myself, but luckily didn’t have to do that.
‘I just had to put the privy bowl thing into the cupboard. And then, someone comes and takes it out.’
This year’s contestants have been on an interesting journey so far after Storm Arwen forced them into isolation, and also resulted in the live show being off-air for four nights.
‘The isolation for me personally, and for a lot of us, actually was tough, because we had to leave everyone,’ said Snoochie.
Snoochie said to hosts Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly that the experience has allowed her to ‘meet great people,’ and now sees her fellow campmates as ‘family.’
‘I had some of the best times in camp, from twerking to dancing… I had such a laugh in there,’ she added.
Just seven celebrities remain now: Louise Minchin, Danny Miller, Adam Woodyatt, Simon Gregson, Frankie Bridge, Matty Lee and David Ginola.
I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! continues on Thursday at 9pm on ITV.
