Bobby Brazier of EastEnders is reportedly in discussions to compete on the upcoming season of Strictly Come Dancing.
The 20-year-old, the eldest son of Jade Goody and Jeff Brazier, joined the BBC serial as Freddie Slater last year.
Bobby had previously worked as a model, making his runway debut for Dolce & Gabbana at Milan Fashion Week in 2020 and later walking in shows at London and Paris Fashion Weeks.
He will now be in the next season of the reality dancing competition Strictly Come Dancing.
‘Bobby is the dream signing for Strictly — he’s a young heartthrob who comes with a huge fanbase,’ a TV source has said.
‘He also has a very personal backstory and there’s so much love out there for Jade.
‘There’s a few last-minute details to sort but the talks are in final stages,’ they added when speaking to The Sun.

While both of his parents have been on reality series ranging from Big Brother and Celebrity Wife Swap to Simply the Best and dance on Ice, Bobby will be the first in the family to put on his dance shoes and perform in front of a national audience.
Bobby expressed his gratitude when he learned he had been cast in his first film part last year.
‘Stepping into the acting world has always been a vision of mine and doing that with EastEnders as a Slater is a blessing,’ he said.
Bobby was just five years old when his mother died of cervical cancer in 2009, at the age of 27.
He previously stated that he didn’t recall a “whole lot” about his mother but knew her “via other people’s recollections.”
‘I’m always being told about her and what she meant to people,’ he told The Times.
He also thanked his parents ‘for the opportunities that may come my way’ but said he also backed himself because of the belief he instilled in his talents too.
Bobby told Good Morning Britain in his first ever interview last year that he was confident his mother would be “very proud.”
He added: ‘Dad’s just happy I’m earning and paying rent.”
Strictly Come Dancing is streaming on BBC iPlayer.
