The Little Mix: The Search contestants have revealed exactly what happens when the cameras stop rolling.

Little Mix banded together Jordan, Rosie, Liam and Melina into a mixed group with the chance of them winning the opportunity to support them on their Confetti tour in 2021.

Rosie, 22, went from being Emilia Clarke’s body double in Game of Thrones to impressing Jade Thirlwall, Leigh-Anne Pinnock, Jesy Nelson and Perrie Edwards with her vocal skills.

She revealed that the girls are ‘always encouraging’ even when the cameras aren’t rolling.

‘Zoom calls are great,’ she told Metro.co.uk. ‘They’re always so encouraging on the zoom calls and support through this time like we’re lucky they mentors.’

Liam said that the Not A Pop Song singers wouldn’t ‘switch off’ just because they weren’t filming.

Instead, they would ‘come up to us and they would just discuss it.’

‘Everything continued like their help and support and their mentoring, they were just doing it because you know they love to do it,’ he explained.

Meanwhile, Melina – a Miss Great Britain finalist – appreciated the moment Jade took notice of her love of crystals.

‘Throughout my whole audition I had loads of crystals on me that bring me loads of luck and I think Jade must have seen me like gripping tight on one,’ she laughed.

‘And she came up to me and was like, “make sure you go home and wash them”.

‘That was that was such a special moment because Jade is huge on crystals.’

Watch out, every other judging panel, you’ve got some competition.

As every group is formed due to their different talents, the four found it hard to see who their biggest rival is.

With one rap/R&B group, a boy band, an all-girls vocal group, a vocal and instrument group, and a dance group, how can anyone know?

Melina added: ‘We’re not similar to anyone and they’re not similar to us. You literally just couldn’t call it because it’s just six different groups of amazing talent.

‘No one is similar, so you can’t suss it out because everyone’s bringing their own different flavours. So, you couldn’t even call it.’

Little Mix: The Search continues tonight, at 6.10, on BBC One.
