Little Mix: The Search host Chris Ramsey has given fans a behind-the-scenes glimpse from the BBC studio ahead of the live shows next week.
The comedian, who has not made an appearance on the talent show just yet, told his followers that it was all a bit ‘hush-hush’ as he gave us a peek of Little Mix’s glam judges’ chairs.
Taking to his Twitter account, Chris began: ‘Hello Chris Ramsey here now you haven’t seen me on The Search yet, no I wasn’t auditioning because that would have been horrendous because I can’t sing.
‘I am the host of the live shows of Little Mix: The Search, I am on set now.
‘I can show you that one chair and that bit of the sky, that’s all I can show you it’s all very hush hush at the moment.’
‘Obviously, the show has had to be postponed this week because of different Covid situations,’ he continued.
‘But we are going to be back next week with the first live show with six bands competing to be the next big thing and to support Little Mix on a massive UK tour.’
Chris went on to tease fans with the band names which have not yet been revealed.
He added: ‘It’s possibly in my opinion it’s the greatest prize of any kind of show like this, so it’svery exciting.
‘I know all the band names, you don’t know them yet.’
It comes after it was reported earlier this week, that the live shows had been postponed after a number of production staff had tested positive for coronavirus.
The BBC said in a statement: ‘We can confirm that a small number of people on the Little Mix The Search production have tested positive for coronavirus and they are now self-isolating following the latest government guidelines.
‘Due to the format of the show we have made the decision to postpone Saturday’s programme.
‘There are rigorous protocols in place to manage Covid-19 as the safety of all those involved in the production is paramount.
‘We hope to be back on air on Saturday 24 October.’
Little Mix The Search follows members Perrie Edwards, Leigh-Anne Pinnock, Jade Thirlwall, and Jesy Nelson form six groups, and the winning band will hit the road with the X Factor champions on their 2021 tour.
All six groups have all been selected and in the next stage they will battle it out against each other.
The delay means The Search live show could now air on the same date as the launch of Strictly Come Dancing on October 24.
The six groups that Little Mix have put together are – the rap group, the girl dance group, the vocal and instruments band, the girl group, the mixed group and the boy band group.
Little Mix: The Search is available on BBC iPlayer.
