Loose Women made TV history today after an all-male panel hosted the show for the first time ever.
For one day only, Marvin Humes anchored the all-male panel for a special episode on International Men’s Day,
He was joined by a panel of famous faces, including Love Island narrator Iain Stirling, former Boyzone singer Ronan Keating and radio star Roman Kemp.
During the episode, the panel discussed the shocking statistics of male suicide and men’s mental health.
‘We’re the biggest threat to ourselves,’ began. ‘We were brought up that any emotion is a weakness.
‘What would be great is to normalise talking about feelings.’
Viewers praised the show for highlighting such important issues, with many calling for the all-male panel to be a ‘regular’ fixture.
‘They should make this a regular thing. It’s great with the guys,’ one tweeted.
Another said: ‘Come on ITV, give Loose Men a regular slot.’
While one added: ‘How about we make Loose Men a permanent day time TV fixture?’
Loose Women airs weekdays at 12.30pm on ITV.
