Love Island’s Aaron Simpson got off to a great start with Mary Bedford as they talked about having babies before sharing their first kiss on Tuesday night.
The former footballer, 24, first appeared on screens on Monday and enjoyed dates with Mary and Chloe Burrows, 25.
At the start of the episode, Aaron explained he planned to talk to all the girls in a bid to turn one of their heads so he could secure a place in the villa.
The sportsman appeared to get on brilliantly with Chloe on Monday, with her saying he was her type ‘to a tee’.
The following day he appeared to set his sights on Mary, with the pair getting to know each other as they sat outside in the sun at the villa.
After chatting for a while, Mary made it very clear how she felt, saying: ‘Can’t we just move on and talk about the part where we have babies?’

Aaron chimed back: ‘We would have cute babies.’
He later added in the beach hut: ‘Operation hail Mary is in full flow. We just vibe with each other,’ before they were seen enjoying a makeshift brunch date together.
As they sat chatting to each other, Mary said: ‘We’re definitely the funnest couple in here now,’ to which Aaron replied: ‘You just called us a couple? You need to slow down!’
The pair then shared a kiss as they laid on the sunloungers with their fellow islanders cheering them on.
Viewers took to Twitter to voice their mixed feelings about Aaron and Mary’s kiss, with one viewer writing: ‘Aaron and Mary’s kiss felt well forced. Like chill, you’ve known each other 20 mins #LoveIsland.’
‘The fact that Mary got over Dale so quickly and then kissed a boy she only knew a day,’ wrote someone else.
‘Mary told dale she didn’t want to kiss but now the girl is kissing Aaron #LoveIsland,’ posted another viewer.
Someone else shared: ‘Well Mary kissed him quickly *sips tea* #loveisland.’
Love Island continues tomorrow on ITV2 at 9pm.
