Love Island 2021 star Dale Mehmet may have been put together with Abigail Rawlings in a shock recoupling on Tuesday, but that hasn’t stopped him getting very close to Mary Bedford.
Abigail decided to partner up with Dale during the eventful episode, and she was left fuming after misunderstanding just how close Dale had got to Mary over recent days.
In tonight’s show, Abigail notices that her decision to recouple with Dale has ruffled some feathers.
Discussing the issue with Dale, she says: ‘I feel awful. I feel like I’ve torn a couple apart. I didn’t realise that you two were that close.’
The 24-year-old replies: ‘I’ll be straight up with you. Me and [Mary] vibe good and I feel like we’re getting on really well. I do really like her.’
A disgruntled Abigail replies: ‘F*** sake. Why has no-one spoke to me?’

Following the recoupling, Clarisse Juliette can sense that Mary is upset as the pair head to the swing seat for a chat.
However, Mary needn’t have been so worried.
Later, Dale heads to the terrace with her and share a kiss after discussing their new situation.
What does this mean for Abigail and Dale’s coupling? Viewers will have to wait to find out.

The contestants’ futures are up in the air after Love Island aired another recoupling ceremony round the fire pit on Tuesday.
Last night’s recoupling was one of the most dramatic moments of the series so far. Kaz Kamwi confirmed why fans have loved her since the very beginning after ditching Tyler Cruickshank and leeaving him reeling with a savage wink.
It also saw Millie decide to recouple with Liam despite his antics with Lillie in Casa Amor.
Chloe and Toby meanwhile also decided to give things another go, despite Toby having his head turned numerous times in recent days.
Love Island continues tonight at 9pm on ITV2.
