Love Island finalists Faye Winter and Teddy Soares have spilled on their plans to move in together, despite their frequent clashes in the villa.

The lovebirds, who made things official in a romantic final date, had a rollercoaster time of it during this year’s series.

In fact, Faye’s vicious outburst attracted over 24,000 complaints to Ofcom, with the TV watchdog hit with more messages after another row.

However, they have put the drama behind them and will be setting up their own love nest.

Discussing taking their romance to the next level, Faye insisted: ‘We have spoken about it and I think we will likely get a place together but I will probably still spend two, three nights – depending on schedules at work – in Devon.

‘Teddy will still have his own space, to be able to see friends, family but it will be our place and we will still spend time apart until we want to be with each other fully. I think that’s our next step.

‘Depends on how I get on in London, let’s be honest! I’m a Devon girl. And I say to Teddy all the time – as long as I’m near a pasty shop and there’s a good pint of cider I should be able to cope for a couple of days a week!

‘You can take the girl out of Devon but you can’t take the Devon out of the girl. Also, we’re going to get Teddy some wellies and he’s going to come down to Devon.’

Her beau agreed: ‘Personally when we’ve spoken about it I’m really open to Devon, anywhere in the UK that gets me closer to Faye.’

The pair, dubbed Feddy, hit a rough patch during Casa Amor, with Faye coupling up with bombshell Sam after a postcard alluded to Teddy moving on in the new villa – which he most definitely wasn’t.

After they eventually reunited, things hit a bumpier rough patch at the infamous movie night, where she was shown footage of her partner chatting to Clarisse, confessing he was sexually attracted to her.

While viewers at home were well aware that nothing happened between them, as his heart was firmly in the OG villa, Faye hit the roof and unleashed a furious rant in his direction.

Speaking about how their romance has become stronger after the shocking fall-out, she continued: ‘I’m so fiery and Teddy is so cool. He is the coolest guy I know and I’m so fiery. He chills me out.

‘That’s why when we made up I said to him I can’t sit here and promise you that that won’t happen again because I can’t say that I won’t argue and I won’t shout. That’s not something that’s in me.

‘I am a fiery person. Obviously, I know how to deal with things better now.’

‘I’m the ice to her fire to be honest! Overall we have so much fun together, we take the p**s out of each other and we have our affectionate moments,’ Teddy insisted.

‘We’ve got such a fine balance. Even the arguing, I think that’s healthy in every relationship. It’s just how you deal with it.’

Love Island is available to stream on ITVHub now.
