The personal trainer for Love Island’s Liberty Poole has revealed the routine that helps the reality TV star keep fit.

Liberty is a 21-year-old student and waitress from Birmingham that is currently coupled up with Jake Cornish in the villa, and she prepared herself physically for her time in the competition.

Liberty’s trainer Jordan Goddard from Limitless Personal Training shared the extent of her training.

‘When Lib first came to me she told me she had something special coming up but she couldn’t tell me too much,’ he told Daily Star Online.

‘She would come to me between three to four times a week, she came frequently, she’s a hard worker.

‘We worked her legs, strength and conditioning and core as our main focus – she’s a hustler.’

He revealed that she came to him roughly five months ago and as her time to enter the villa drew closer, he gave her workouts to do while inside.

The personal trainer also went on to say that while Liberty is a lovely girl, she tends to like a ‘bit of a player’.

This seems to check out, as she may have her heart broken by Jake in the villa.

It seems as if Jake doesn’t really have the feels for Liberty Poole, even though she’s totally smitten by him.

The pair engaged in a romantic heart-to-heart on the sunbeds, where Liberty revealed to that he gave her butterflies before having a kiss.

Speaking to the girls afterwards, she confessed: ‘I can’t stop smiling.’

But the same can’t be said for Jake, who later told Hugo: ‘I look at her and I go… I haven’t got a girl I want to fully rip her clothes off.’

‘I’m not quite sure what more he’s looking for,’ Hugo said in the Beach Hut. ‘Hopefully the ripping of the clothes will come off at some point.’

Love Island airs Sunday to Thursday on ITV2 at 9pm.
