Love Island 2021 star Toby Aromolaran could be in with a chance of being cast in the next series of Dancing On Ice, according to the latest odds.

On Monday evening, Millie Court and Liam Reardon were crowned the winners of Love Island, with Chloe Burrow and Toby finishing as the runners-up.

After asking Chloe to be his girlfriend during his declaration of love speech on the show, the couple have since said that they want to get married one day in the villa.

However, before that, Toby could end up donning some razor sharp skates for a turn on the Dancing On Ice rink.

According to Ladbrokes, there may be a strong chance that ITV could reach out to the 22-year-old to join the cast of the ice skating competition.

The bookmaker currently states that the odds of Toby joining the series are 3/1… and we’d love to see it!

Alex Apati, a spokesperson for Ladbrokes, referenced the previous Love Island stars who have competed on Love Island, impressing the judges and public with their skating skills.

‘Toby wouldn’t be the first Islander to swap the villa for a stint on the ice, and the latest odds suggest there’s every chance he follows in the footsteps of Wes Nelson and Maura Higgins next series,’ he said.

Wes, who starred on Love Island in 2018, went on to participate in Dancing On Ice the following year, finishing as the runner-up with his partner, Vanessa Bauer.

Maura, who was on Love Island in 2019, became the sixth celebrity eliminated from Dancing On Ice during the 2020 series.

Considering Dancing On Ice typically starts in January, it will most likely be a long while before the cast of the next series is announced… but that won’t stop us imagining Toby prancing around on the ice.

Chloe recently shared a picture of herself and Toby snuggling in bed after the final, with Toby celebrating being in his first serious relationship by remarking on the ‘girlfriend vibes’.

During Toby’s declaration of love speech for Chloe, which aired during the final episode of Love Island, he said: ‘The first thing I want to tell you is that I’m addicted to you. I’ve been addicted to you for weeks. Our relationship is like steering a boat with no licence. If relationships are like this then I know now that there’s no need to fear.

Love Island 2021 is available to watch on ITV Hub.
