Love Island 2021 hasn’t even started yet, but two singletons have already emerged as the early favourites to win the series.
Brad is bookmaker Coral’s 2-1 favourite to win the series from the boys, while Sharon Gaffka is 3-1 favourite to win out of the girls.
Sharon, 25, is a civil servant from Oxford and said she is looking to ‘date someone who is taller than me’ in her introductory video. She was the first contestant announced earlier this week.
Brad, meanwhile, is a 26-year-old labourer from Northumberland who revealed he’s got a crush on former Love Island contestant Zara McDermott and decided to take part in the new series because he wants to date IRL. He also unveiled his body transformation before going on the show.

‘The Love Island line-up is confirmed and whilst there will be so many twists and turns throughout the summer, Brad and Sharon are our early favourites to go all the way and be crowned winners,’ said Coral’s Harry Aitkenhead.
After it was announced that the upcoming season will make history with Hugo Hammond becoming the first-ever disabled contestant to appear on the programme, the islanders introduced themselves in teaser videos.
One star, Chloe Burrows, has even boasted about getting involved with a married dad as she prepares to enter the villa, admitting that she ‘still drunk calls him’.

Love Island will be hosted and narrated by the same dynamic duo who fronted the 2020 winter season – Laura Whitmore and Iain Stirling.
Laura ‘hopes to do Caroline Flack proud’ as she called on viewers to show the new contestants respect in a recent Instagram post.
Love Island launches Monday 28 June at 9pm on ITV2.
