Tonight, Jessie Wynter of Love Island will confront Layla Al-Momani in a one-on-one interview about what happened with Will Young while she was away at Casa Amor… and boiling hot tea will be spilt.
The original ladies and guys from the main villa were reunited in Friday night’s show, with some partnerships strengthened and others devastated during the dramatic recoupling ceremony.
Shaq Muhammad ended his relationship with Tanya Manhenga after seeing her return with Martin Akinola, whilst Jessie was originally overjoyed to learn that Will had remained single so that he could remarry her.
Her face fell as he disclosed that he’d been disloyal to her, kissing Layla behind her back before quickly regretting his actions and feeling he’d let Jessie down.
When the truth was exposed, Jessie initially consoled a distraught Will, who burst into tears at his own conduct.
She later said that she didn’t imagine he’d act like that while they weren’t together, and she’s going to refuse to speak to him while being consoled by Tom Clare tonight.

Will approaches Jessie after the recoupling ceremony to talk to her, but she says, ‘No Will, just please don’t talk to me right now,’ while crying in Tom’s arms.
Given that they’d previously spent a night together in the Hideaway, and Will had stated that he could see himself falling for Jessie – who stayed entirely faithful at Casa Amor – many fans have expressed significant sympathy for her reaction thus far.
While Will publicly admitted his snog with Layla, some of the original villa girls are going to have chats with Casa Amor girls tonight so that they can lay everything out on the table.
The morning after the recoupling, Samie Elishi receives a text that reads: ‘Samie, Jessie and Claudia. Please get ready to leave the Villa as Cynthia, Layla and Lydia want to catch up #GetTheTea #NothingStaysAtCasa.’
Reacting to the news, Olivia Hawkins remarks: ‘It’s all going to come out now, boys’ holiday, secrets get spilled.’
Meanwhile, it appears that Tanya might not have realised that Shaq would react so strongly to her recoupling, after he remained faithful to her in the main villa.
Speaking to Samie and Olivia, she asks: ‘He said it’s over, do you think he means it?’
Martin questions Tanya describing him as a ‘test or a bump in the road’ during the recoupling ceremony, as she explains about her relationship with Shaq: ‘Me and him have a connection and this is the first time that we’ve questioned what we have.’
She adds: ‘Let me try and make you see it this way, if I didn’t care about this, I had a choice and really I could have played it safe.’
Shaq then interrupts the new couple’s conversation, taking Martin aside to clarify that there are ‘no bad feelings’ between them.
Samie is also upset to learn that Tom Clare kissed other females while she was at Casa Amor, despite his declaration, ‘I’m going to fight for you, I’m so sorry that I’ve wounded you.’
Nonetheless, Samie chooses to chat with newcomer Sanam Harrinanan to learn more about Tom’s activities.
Love Island returns tonight at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX.
