It looks like we may be in for some new Love Island meat, so get your knives and forks ready, everyone.
Everything began off well in the ‘Ladiators’ challenge, in which the lads donned small golden hotpants to wow the girls with their gladiator skills and fighting language.
However, Olivia Hawkins and Samie Elishi’s relationship quickly soured after Olivia, 27, accused Samie, 22, of purposefully drenching her with water after she collided with a pillar.
‘Samie pushed the pillar straight onto me and got me soaked,’ Olivia said in the beach hut, with the rest of the group finding it hilarious at the time.
‘Were you trying to soak me?’, she then asked her, but Samie was quick to give Olivia a hug, chuckling and seemingly thinking no more of it.
‘Now it all makes sense’, Olivia said, under her breath.

Later, though, she was questioned about how she felt after the accident by two of the other females.
‘Do you know what? I’m not being funny, it was a joke, I didn’t know what way it was gonna go…
‘It’s just a game!’, Samie exclaimed to Lana Jenkins and Tanyel Revan.
‘If she’s p***ed off about that, then that’s f***ing ridiculous.’
Tanyel then added her two cents, saying, ‘As much as I adore Liv, I’m pleased you guys can see the other side where she just takes things so wrong.’

‘It’s just creating a problem out of nothing, to create friction,’ Samie argued.
‘I would’ve done that if anyone was standing there. It’s not personal.’
Olivia eventually confided in Tanya Manhenga about her fears, notwithstanding Samie’s prior apology.
‘Does she have an issue with me?’, she asked her.
‘What’s the issue?’
‘And then, like, straight away grabbing Lana and Tanyel… have I done something wrong?’
Discussing the feud on Twitter throughout the episode, Love Island viewers believe Olivia is the one who is upset with Samie, since she is resentful that Tom Clare picked Samie over her.
‘She’s constantly making everything about herself… all roads lead back to Tom’, one argued.
‘Now why would Samie have an issue with you Olivia??? What are you “seeing”. what’s “making sense”???’, another wrote.
Not everyone was on Samie’s side, though.
Another accused: ‘Samie purposely knocked that thing with water in it, on Olivia. Proper snide to gaslight the situation by accusing Olivia of taking the “alleged” incident personally.’
One individual wrote: ‘Samie is an instigator and the Olivia hate is blinding everyone from seeing it’.
So, whose side are you on?
Love Island continues tomorrow at 9pm on ITV2.
