A man with ‘hard’ lumps covering 90% of his arms insists they don’t hurt and seeks assistance from Dr Pimple Popper.
Dr. Sandra Lee, who hosts the TLC reality show, helps people from all over the country with issues ranging from areas that might be masses forming on their body to squeezing blackheads out in pleasant footage.
There’s nothing the dermatologist and cosmetic surgeon hasn’t seen, from a ‘third breast’ beneath an armpit to a guy with 400 tumours over his body, but a promo for a new episode reveals a very peculiar situation, leaving people apprehensive.
‘I have these cholesterol pimples over almost 90% of my arms,’ the guy says, showing the lesions developing all over his skin on his forearms.
‘They reach up to the back of my shoulder blades.’
Cholesterol bumps, according to Healthline, are ‘fatty deposits’ that form beneath the skin when too much cholesterol circulates in a person’s circulation.
They can create orange or yellow lumps loaded with fat, as well as more serious skin diseases.
‘My bumps are also reflected,’ the man says in the video.
‘If you look at them, they grow in pretty much the same exact way.
‘They range form the size of a little pea to a small stone.
‘Some are hard, some are soft.
‘I can squeeze it, I can move it around, pull on it.’
As he does so, he continues: ‘It does not hurt, any of them.’
Shocked by the clip, one viewer wrote: ‘That’s so sad how that happens!’
Another wrote: ‘Poor man, hope you get rid of them soon.’
‘Must be so painful,’ someone else penned.
Dr Pimple Popper airs on TLC in America.
