Married At First Sight UK’s Morag has revealed she was sent a death threat following last night’s explosive dinner party episode.

In scenes that aired on Monday evening, the vet clashed with Josh in dramatic scenes after she claimed he DM’d her a few years ago.

Morag was also left feeling overwhelmed as her husband Luke publicly declared his love for her in front of their fellow co-stars.

After the episode aired, Morag shared an Instagram message from a cruel troll that instructed her to ‘kill yourself’.

‘Morning,’ Morag simply wrote alongside the screenshot.

She then posted another message when the person behind the abusive text tried to reach out to her again.

A number of Morag’s supports leaped to her defense over the message.

‘Absolutely unacceptable,’ blasted one. ‘Reality TV has ALWAYS been and ALWAYS will be created and edited in such a way to purposely cause chaos, purely for ENTERTAINMENT.’

They continued: ‘Waking up to see messages sent to one of my friends like this is categorically unacceptable. The whole “BE KIND” saga was certainly short-lived.

‘People who go on television are definitely aware they’re going to experience trolling of course. But being told to KILL YOURSELF? Really?’

In scenes due to air tonight, Morag considers leaving the experiment altogether out of fear she’ll break Luke’s heart.

In a spoiler clip, she confesses to the girls that she’s thinking about packing her bags.

‘I won’t lie, this week is the first week I have considered whether I want to stay or I want to leave,’ she says.

‘I was very overwhelmed,’ Morag continues. ‘I didn’t expect it to go from zero to 100 that quickly when I am just not there yet.’

‘It’s made me question whether to leave because I am so scared that I’ll just break his heart,’ she tells the camera privately, visibly upset by the situation.

Married At First Sight UK airs Mondays to Thursdays at 9pm on E4.
