Maya Jama was certainly feeling the heat as she posed in a pink bikini before of the Love Island bloodbath.
The 28-year-old ITV2 personality looked to be enjoying the Mallorcan sunshine in bikini as she prepared to disrupt the villa.
Maya, dressed in a rose-colored two-piece reminiscent of Kylie Minogue’s Padam Padam, recorded herself in front of a mirror for her Instagram Stories, noting, ‘Little gains.’
Maya appeared unconcerned, despite the fact that she was about to give some devastating news to the Love Island contestants.
She will inform startled islanders on the long-running ITV2 show tonight that one pair will be ousted.
But that’s not all she has in store for the cast…
She will also divulge, in a double blow: “I have some more news that might not be so good.”
‘The three couples with the least amount of votes will be vulnerable and at risk of being dumped from the island tonight.’
Given the narrative twist, it’s apparent why Maya recently admitted she’d never be a Love Island candidate.
‘I would not be able to, at any age, strut out of the house in a bikini in front of men that are judging me based on just one sentence and what I look like,’ she told Vogue magazine.
She did, however, applaud the islanders for being willing to put themselves out there in search of love on the ITV dating programme.
‘The confidence of the people that go on! They’ve got a different kind of juice.’
Last year, Maya was announced as the next Love Island presenter, succeeding Laura Whitmore.
Laura, 38, announced her departure after two years at the helm, citing ‘certain elements of the show very difficult.’
Love Island airs tonight from 9pm on ITV2.
