Netflix dating show Too Hot To Handle has been renewed for a second series.
The streaming giant announced the exciting news on Twitter, re-sharing the trailer for series one and writing: ‘NEWS: Too Hot To Handle is officially coming back for a second series.’
‘More details and a date to follow,’ it added.
The series, which came after the success of Love Is Blind, followed a group of singletons as they stayed in a beautiful villa together.
During the first episode, virtual assistant Lana announced that a prize pot of $100,000 (£75,000) was available to win – but they must have no sexual contact for four weeks, otherwise the prize money is reduced.
If the contestants show they’re making meaningful relationships, the rules can be temporarily lifted.
Series one had a slightly controversial end, which saw the 10 remaining contestants all be declared winners and split the $75,000 (£54,000) prize money.
While one couple in particular, Francesca Farago and Harry Jowsey, appeared to seriously hit it off while on the show, they split just a few months later.
Francesca shared a video on YouTube called ‘Our Breakup’ in which she revealed she thought she and Harry would be together forever.
She said: ‘Harry and I are not together anymore, I obviously was heartbroken.
‘I genuinely thought we were going through a rocky period and that we were going to figure it out.
‘I thought we were going to end up together. I thought we were going to get married.’
Francesca is now dating Towie star Demi Sims, while Harry has been hanging out with YouTube star Tana Mongeau.
Too Hot To Handle series one is available to stream on Netflix.
