NikkieTutorials will represent the colours of the transgender flag with her outfit during tonight’s Eurovision Song Contes semi-final.
The Dutch vlogger, real name Nikkie de Jager, is one of the four hosts of this year’s Eurovision in Rotterdam, and will return tonight for the second semi-final in the Ahoy arena.
And she’ll look fabulous while doing it, as the 27-year-old revealed her gown incorporates the blue, white and pink of the transgender flag.
Nikkie shared pictures of herself wearing the gorgeous Maison The Faux dress, which featured glittering pink, blue and white crystals embellished on a black dress with sheer sleeves.
She tweeted: ‘it is my honor to represent the trans flag colors in my gown for tomorrow’s second semi-finals @eurovision thank you Maison The Faux for this dream!’
Fans were living for the look, calling Nikkie ‘fierce’ and a ‘queen’, as well as praising her for including the colours of the trans flag in her dress.
In a video titled ‘I’m coming out’, the make-up artist, who has nearly 14 million YouTube subscribers, said: ‘I can’t believe I am saying this today, to all of you, but damn it feels good to finally say it. When I was younger I was born in the wrong body, which means I am transgender.
‘I am here to openly share that I am transgender. And with this message, I want to inspire little Nikkies around the world who feel insecure, who feel out of place, who feel misunderstood.
‘I hope by me standing up and being free that it inspires others to do the same, to truly live your life like you want it and the way you deserve it. This world needs us. We need to accept each other. We need to respect each other. But most of all, we need to hear each other and understand.’

The trans flag has already made an appearance at this year’s Eurovision, as Australian entry Montaigne had the flag hanging behind her as she watched the semi-final from Down Under on Tuesday night.
The flag, along with the LGBTQ+ rainbow flag, is often waved in the artists’ green room, as well as by fans in the venue, on final night.
Famously, Dana International became the first openly transgender woman to win Eurovision in 1998, winning for Israel with her song Diva.
Nikkie will present tonight’s semi-final alongside Chantal Janzen, Jan Smit and Edsilia Rombley, while she has also been presenting the online talk show LookLab with all 39 participants.
Iceland, Bulgaria, Switzerland, San Marino, Estonia, Denmark, Finland, Latvia, Georgia, Czech Republic, Austria, Greece, Serbia, Moldova, Albania and Portugal will compete tonight for 10 places in Saturday’s grand final.
Malta, Ukraine, Cyprus, Norway, Israel, Belgium, Sweden, Azerbaijan, Lithuania and Russia are already through to the final, along with The Netherlands, United Kingdom, France, Italy and Spain.
The second Eurovision semi-final airs tonight at 8pm on BBC Four.
