Noel Edmonds’ age has astonished This Morning viewers following his appearance on the ITV daytime programme.
The former Deal or No Deal host joined Alison Hammond and Dermot O’Leary on Wednesday’s show via video connection to pay homage to iconic broadcaster Steve Wright.
Tributes have flooded in for the BBC radio DJ, who died at 69, only days after his farewell programme.
Noel said on the programme: ‘He had integrity, he had sincerity, he had this incredible commitment to the people he would never meet.
‘We are unfortunately, coming, I think, to the end of that radio era.
‘So please, cherish the Ken Bruces and Tony Blackburns and the Gambos [Paul Gambaccini], cherish them because we’re coming to the end of an era.’
During his poignant homage, admirers couldn’t help but note Noel’s youthful appearance, claiming he ‘hasn’t aged’.
The I’m A Celebrity star, who relocated to New Zealand in 2019, celebrated his 75th birthday just before Christmas, but fans can’t believe it.
‘Noel looks good,’ viewer Ross Kiernan commented, while Lisa Dominic said: ‘What elixir is Noel Edmonds taking – he’s 75!!!’
‘I was just thinking that,’ viewer Cheryl agreed.

Other fans requested Noel to return to television after Deal or No Deal made a reappearance with Stephen Mulhern as host.
‘Noel Edmonds has not aged. Nice words, Noel. “Come back to TV over here, mate,” Lorraine Clarke urged.

While he may be in his mid-70s now, Noel astonished fans a few years ago with how ripped he looked in the jungle.
During an appearance on Extra Camp, the former House Party host was asked not just about the secret to his biceps, but also about his overall health.
But he maintained schtum about his whole programme, so maybe he has a mystical elixir of youth…
‘I’m sorry that is a secret, I call it my positivity formula,’ he coyly said on the programme.
Even his campmate Malique Thompson-Dwyer was surprised to learn that Noel, who was 69 at the time, was not 49.
