Piers Morgan is dealt one hell of a savage take down by Rupert Everett on Life Stories as he’s compared to a ‘elephantine bully’ that’s ‘hung like a budgie’.
The My Best Friend’s Wedding actor is the latest star to appear in the hot seat of Piers’s retrospective talk show, after years of animosity between them.
But during the chat, Rupert is confronted with a series of harsh critiques about his former frenemy, which were written back in 2012.
During a first look clip of Life Stories, which aired on GMB today, Piers couldn’t help but laugh at the absolutely savage take down, as he was forced to read out his own insults.
Holding nothing back, Rupert wrote: ‘Piers Morgan was a person who reminded me exactly of all the people I was terrified of at school. I don’t like how he is. He takes it too seriously. He’s a killer. He’s pathological.’
‘Well, you admitted it yourself that you are, you want to win!,’ Rupert laughed back, as he recalled calling Piers ‘slobby and elephantine’ in the same piece.
But Piers then continued: ‘It gets better. You then brought my wife into it!
‘”But I can’t imagine him with poor Celia. She’s gorgeous and very funny. I mean, she deserves to be f**ked by a God!
‘”I’ve always imagined him to be hung like a budgie underneath it all.”‘
Back in the GMB studio, Piers couldn’t stifle his giggles at the colourful takedown he’d received, and said: ‘It was actually it was a very funny moment.
‘You’re wrong factually on some of that, but it would be indecent of me to say which bits on morning television!’
Thankfully, the pair had kissed and made up, and Piers even revealed the actor had surprised him with flowers as a thank you for allowing him on the show.
‘I was very very thankful that you a) to have had the opportunity, you know selling books is not that easy and to be on Life Stories is an enormous plug,’ Rupert admitted.
‘Also I thought you behaved like a gentleman considering all those terrible things I’d said about you!’
Rupert Everett’s episode of Life Stories will air in the new year.
Good Morning Britain airs weekdays from 6am on ITV.
