Rita Ora has teased fans on what to expect over the upcoming series of The Masked Singer.

The Let You Love Me hitmaker will be back on the judging panel, and viewers were treated with a new first look teaser showing a glimpse of the spectacle that awaits.

The wild and wacky ITV reality game show, presented by comedian Joel Dommett focuses on celebrities putting on elaborate, identity-concealing costumes and singing for a panel that includes Rita, Jonathan Ross, Davina McCall, and Mo Gilligan.

Speaking to The Independent about the long-awaited program, she said: ‘It was honestly the most jaw-dropping thing I have experienced.’

The full list of costumes for this year’s cast has been revealed, including the likes of Chandelier, Bagpipes, Doughnuts, Traffic Cone and Panda.

‘It’s insane’, Rita enthused.

It was confirmed in May that Rita would be back on judging duties after being replaced on The Masked Dancer due to filming commitments with The Voice Australia.

Last season’s series of The Masked Singer peaked at over 10 million, and it’s probably the only show on TV that can claim to have moved viewers to tears with a dragon’s emotional rendition of Adele’s Make You Feel My Love.

We know that popular show began recording its third season at ITV’s Bovingdon studios at Bovingdon Airfield in November, and the wheels are well and truly in motion ahead of the new episodes.

The previous series was won by Joss Stone as Sausage, while Ne-Yo finished second as Badger and Aston Merrygold was in third as Robin.

The Masked Singer season three is due to launch in January on ITV.

With the nation more or less confined to their living rooms every Saturday night, The Masked Singer has proven to be something of a lockdown 3.0 saviour. While the performances are of course a draw, most of the fun lies in guessing just who is behind each mask. Here are the clues and theories so far:
