Warning: spoilers for Drag Race UK series 3 episode 3 ahead.
The third queen has been eliminated from RuPaul’s Drag Race UK during another fiercely competitive week.
Thursday’s episode saw Veronica Green leave the programme after she placed in the bottom two and faced off against Vanity Milan.
Victoria Stone, who made herstory as the programme’s first ever cisgender woman, was also forced to drop out due to a knee injury sustained in episode one.
The latest instalment saw the remaining queens take part in two challenges inspired by the great British outdoors.
Taking to the runway, contestants rocked two looks inspired by camping and caravanning holidays.
The demanding second task set by RuPaul, called campsite couture, saw the queens tasked with creating brand new outfits out of outdoor camping materials.
In the end it was Veronica – a contestant who also previously appeared in the second series of the show but left due to testing positive for Covid – who failed to impress judges RuPaul, Michelle Visage, Graham Norton and Nicola Coughlan during the episode.
Speaking after leaving the competition, Veronica said to Ru and judges: ‘Thank you for changing my life and thank you for everything you have given me.
‘I will never forget what you’ve done for me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.’
Discussing her exit, Veronica added: ‘I feel pretty devastated about leaving tonight. But I’m really proud that I came back and fought in this competition. I had a good ride and now it’s time to get off.’
Elsewhere, Scarlett Harlett put in an incredible display and was named this week’s winner.
New episodes of Drag Race UK drop on BBC iPlayer on Thursdays at 7pm.
