RuPaul’s Drag Race series 2 star Ginny Lemon is claiming they’ve exposed details for the BBC Three’s upcoming season.

The drag queen, who last week gave The Bullring in Birmingham a complete make-over for Pride month, took to social media to spill the tea by way of continuing celebrations.

‘Decided I’m gonna leak all the season 3 details, happy pride,’ Ginny penned.

They then named 12 drag queens, jokingly revealing which contestants come top three and who participates in the first lip sync.

Missing from the list, however, was series two queen Veronica Green, who was invited to return to compete in the new season by RuPaul after she was forced to drop out after testing positive for coronavirus.

Giving an explanation to Veronica’s whereabouts, Ginny wrote: ‘Unfortunately Vernoica was off filming I’m A Celeb and was taken unwell when she ate a badgers nipple. Back for season 4 I heard.’

Of course, whether any of the names Ginny gave are actually signed up to take part in the next chapter of the competition remains to be seen as the official line-up remains firmly under wraps for the time being.

In February, Veronica said she hadn’t decided whether she’s going to accept the offer of returning.

While speaking to Metro.co.uk and other press, the performer said: ‘Well, I’ve got a couple of days left to make a decision so I’m going to take it right to the wire before I make my decision.’

The third season of RuPaul’s Drag Race UK was officially announced in November as the casting call was sent out via social media with an application due date of November 14, 2020.

It is presumed filming began in mid-February and will air on BBC Three later this year.

RuPaul’s Drag Race UK is available to stream on BBC iPlayer.
