Ruth Langsford and Eamonn Holmes cringe as woman with world’s biggest mouth stuffs turkey sandwich into gob live on This Morning

A woman with the world’s largest mouth stuffed a turkey sandwich into her trap live on This Morning, leaving Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford cringing.

Samantha Ramsdell joined the ITV programme live from her home in Connecticut, United States, where she demonstrated just how voluminous her 14.5cm wide mouth is.

An anxious Ruth instructed Samantha to ‘be careful’ as she prepared to slam an apple into her gob, with the guest responding, ‘don’t worry, I’m a professional’.

‘That’s hurting evening looking at that,’ Eamonn squirmed.

After conquering the fruit, Samantha moved on to the sub.

‘One of my favourite foods in the entire world is sandwiches,’ she began. ‘So, every week, I do a different sandwich.

‘This is my go-to turkey sandwich and I’m going to fit this whole thing in my mouth.’

But Eamonn and Ruth could barely mask their discomfort at watching the scenes, with Ruth squealing: ‘Quick, take it out.’

‘There you go folks, and that’s what it means to have the biggest mouth in the world,’ Eamonn added, once the show was finally over.

Sam was awarded the Guinness World Record for the world’s largest mouth earlier this year.

The governing body met her at her local dentist’s where her gape was measured.

After taking all measurements, adjudicator Spencer Cammarano averaged the data to confirm the final record-breaking total.

This Morning airs weekdays at 10am on ITV.
