Rylan Clark-Neal has paid tribute to Big Brother on the second anniversary of the show ending.

The reality series aired its 19th and final series in 2018, which concluded on November 5, and saw 18-year-old Cameron Cole crowned the last-ever winner.

Big Brother superfan Rylan presented Big Brother’s Bit On The Side and won the celebrity version of the show in 2013.

He also presented the Best Shows Ever series this year with Davina McCall, and revealed he used to rock up to the house in an attempt to see the housemates.

Taking Twitter just days after he posed next to the Big Brother sign, Rylan remembered the legendary show, and penned: ‘2 years ago today we said goodbye to the house.

‘Took a few mins this afternoon to remember. To some it could have been just a job but to me it changed my entire life.

‘Went back to the “house” today to reminisce. We’ll be back one day. Miss you Big Bro xxx.’ (sic)

Big Brother’s last winner Cameron also took time to remember the show.

‘two years on & so much has changed,’ he wrote. ‘still barely feels real. i’ll always be grateful & thankful, i lived my dream. had the most amazing experience of my life & although the aftermath has caused me so much pain, i’ll always love & miss u.

‘thank u big brother & come back soon 🙁 x’ (sic)

Series 19 runner up, Akeem Griffiths, added: ‘2 years ago today I left the Big Brother house as the runner up. Memories that will last a life time.’ (sic)

Despite the many calls for Big Brother’s return, it seems it won’t be happening for the foreseeable future as Channel 5’s Controller Ben Frow shared he has no regrets about axing the show.

‘The world is very crowded with reality shows. I think there are supreme reality shows out there,’ he said.

‘Don’t go where you can’t be the best, turn left and go in a different direction and provide an alternative.’
