Sarah Beeny expressed her pride in her boys’ band after they played at Glastonbury.
Entitled Sons took the stage at Worthy Farm in June after winning a competition to perform at the legendary event.
Sarah’s husband Graham, 50, and their sons Billy, 18, Rafferty, 14, Charlie, 16, and Laurie, 12, comprise the band, with the moniker making light of her celebrity.
The band composed a song called These Days about Sarah’s recent fight with breast cancer, and the revenues went to a cancer research organisation.
Sarah has now pondered on how the band’s success has played out.
During an appearance on This Morning on Thursday, the 51-year-old New Life in the Country actress expressed her pride.
‘It was unbelievable and absolute class – they are doing so well,’ she said of their performance at Glastonbury.
‘They are lucky but they work really hard,’ she added.
Sarah then said that the band had previously published roughly eight songs, but that another will be released the next day.
‘There’s one out tomorrow and then they are going on a UK tour in September and have a manager now,’ she continued.
While Sarah joked that despite her best efforts, her lads wouldn’t allow her join in as a backup vocalist, her attempts to become a roadie had been thwarted.
‘They just tell me off and say not to carry heavy things,’ she laughed.
The Entitled Sons have unveiled the title of their new track, One Shot, after teasing it on social media in recent days.
In a recent interview, stated that making music had ‘100%’ brought the father and siblings ‘closer together’.
Graham, on the other hand, joked that his boys largely kept him around because he was the only one who could drive a van to get them where they wanted to go.
When asked what it’s like to live the rock n’ roll life while being in a band with your father, Rafferty quipped that it’s ‘like being at school,’ but that their father was ‘very lenient’ – or perhaps ‘too lenient’.
