Selling Sunset star Mary Fitzgerald spoke out on what it was like to take charge of selling French Montana’s home during the latest season of the Netflix series.

The show dropped a new batch of episodes on the streaming service on Wednesday morning, promising more drama than ever before.

But there’s also a whole load of glamour too, with more celebrity cameos and high-value listings than in previous seasons.

One person who enlists the help of the real estate business to sell his house is rapper French Montana, whose incredible property is featured in episode two.

Mary was given the listing – valued at around $5,000,000 (£3,700,00) – which included a music studio that cost $300,000 (£225,000) to build with another $350,000 (£260,000) worth of equipment.

Speaking exclusively to Metro.co.uk, she told us exactly what it was like to get to have French among her very cool list of clients.

Mary said: ‘Oh, he’s awesome, he’s such a cool dude!

‘I’ve got to say his team… normally working with big celebrities, you have to go through so many channels, you have to go through lawyers, managers, agents, their assistants, so many people to get anything done!

‘But his team was so professional, they’re so on-point and he was just a complete pleasure to work with.

‘He’s a super nice dude, his family’s super nice and he definitely exceeded my expectations!’ the star added.

On the show, Mary explains how getting French’s listing is so important to her as she looks to expand out to the Calabasas area.

‘Tonnes of celebrities live there like Justin Bieber, Miley Cyrus and Drake because it’s so private, exclusive and gated,’ Mary said on the show.

Mary did go on to sell the property, having closed in on a deal back in August.

Other stars who feature included Marvel film Shang-Chi’s Simu Liu, who works with Chrishell Stause to try and find a new home.

Selling Sunset season 4 can be streamed in full on Netflix now.
