As seen in Saturday’s premiere, Simon Cowell has a distinctive method for getting ready to judge brilliant contestants on Britain’s Got Talent.
Amanda Holden, Alesha Dixon, and newcomer Bruno Toniolo, who took the position of David Walliams, are now appearing in the ITV competition’s new season alongside Simon.
Additionally, a brand-new teaser film from tonight’s programme depicts the judges and celebrities Ant and Dec preparing to enter the London Palladium for another another thrilling evening.
The footage begins with Ant and Dec debating about whether the “kids” are more into TikTok or the miniature cars Tuk-Tuks. The team has various ways of preparing for the programme.
(Spoiler alert: it’s the former; but, it doesn’t stop them from hopping in a bright yellow Tuk-Tuk and energising people while driving around central London.)
Bruno drives Amanda and Alesha as they bike through the streets, with the probable exception of a brief pit break at Selfridges.

Although he frequently hurts himself while riding his bike, Simon, an obsessive biker, adopts a different strategy as seen in the video, entering a bubble-filled bath.
He holds out a little rubber duckie and gazes at it as he soaks.
Bless.

The brand-new BGT has, to put it mildly, been eventful, with a recent programme generating hundreds of Ofcom complaints when a contestant lit himself on fire during his audition.
The competition was concluded on the first edition of the television show by setting professional stuntman Thomas Vu ablaze after dousing himself in a fire-retardant gel.
Then, while he was being consumed by flames, Thomas pulled out a Rubix’s Cube and began to solve the classic problem from the 1980s.
Naturally, the sight horrified viewers, who immediately took to social media to express their anguish. Days later, it was discovered that Ofcom had received no less than 334 complaints on the day in question and an additional 66 the following day.
One viewer who shared their shock on Twitter said it was ‘not on’ to show that type of stunt, adding it ‘shouldn’t be allowed.’
Another said it was ‘their choice’ to do ‘crazy stuff’ but ‘maybe that last act should have been well after the 9pm watershed??
‘Not sure that kind of playing with fire thing is suitable for young kids who probably stay up to watch BGT.’
It wasn’t all chaos however, as fans heaped praise on 13-year-old opera singer Malakai, who left audiences – and judges – emotional with his performance.
Britain’s Got Talent airs Saturday at 8pm on ITV.
