The creators of South Park have released an incredible new Donald Trump skit, mocking the current President of the United States with deepfake technology.
The video from comedy favourites Trey Parker and Matt Stone takes aim at the fallout from his election defeat, taken from the latest episode of web series Sassy Justice.
The impression is provided by Peter Serafinowicz and deepfake technology replaces his face with Donald’s, making for an incredibly realistic likeness.
The clip sees Donald wearing a Christmas jumper and hat, reading a reindeer story that shares many parallels with his loss in the US election.
The fictional Donald says: ‘Once upon a time there was a little reindeer, all the reindeer agreed he was the best reindeer out of all the reindeers.’
He added: ‘The next day a grumpy, old, sleepy-eyed reindeer came into town and started saying, ‘You know the reindeer? He’s not awesome.’ ‘But he is awesome,’ all the reindeers said.’
Close to tears, the parody then sees Donald say that the election was ‘rigged’, before saying that the reindeer died and there was ‘no Christmas ever again’.
It’s definitely the most appropriate Christmas tale we’ve heard in 2020 – although we can’t imagine the real Donald would be a fan.
The Sassy Trump series first went viral back in 2016, before becoming part of Sassy Justice earlier this year. The first episode of Sassy Justice went up on YouTube in October.
Sassy Justice is available to watch on YouTube now.
