Stranger Things cast suffer massive technical fail while trying to play Dungeons & Dragons

Coronavirus might have pushed back Netflix series Stranger Things until late next year, but it’s not going to stop the cast geeking out together.

David Harbour has shared an adorable new Instagram post, which shows him attempting to overcome ‘massive technical glitches’ to play Dungeons & Dragons with his co-stars over a video call.

‘Tis the season for both young and old dorks to meet in a tavern and attempt to slay mighty technical glitches,’ he wrote, sharing a picture of himself with his co-gamers.

His co-stars Finn Wolfhard, Natalie Dyer and Gaten Matarazzo joined him to play the fantasy role playing game, which has been a favourite among the cast for years.

The series isn’t coming until late 2021, but this is the kind of heartwarming content fans will love to see in the meantime.

‘Your relationship with Finn is goals,’ one fan wrote.

‘OMG.. We love you guys so much, another added, as fans were quick to share their excitement in the comments.

David has been introducing Dungeons & Dragons to his co-stars since back in 2016, when he posted a picture of himself with Mille Bobby Brown.

Elsewhere, producer Shawn Levy has revealed that while coronavirus massively pushed back filming, Stranger Things is ‘better than ever’ in season four as a result of the pandemic.

The show recently confirmed a host of new casting announcements. Game of Thrones star Tom Wlaschiha, known for his performance as the mysterious Jaqen H’Ghar on the HBO drama, is one of the new faces lined up for a starring role in the upcoming fourth season.

Horror icon Robert Englund, who is best known for portraying Freddy Krueger in A Nightmare on Elm Street, is also set to star.

Stranger Things is available to stream on Netflix.
