Stranger Things star David Harbour has teased fans with what happens to his character Jim Hopper in season four.
And, to be honest, we are dying to know.
The actor, who recently wed singer Lily Allen, has promised twists and turns with Hopper as he revealed that we will finally found out his backstory.
David began: ‘One of the great things that you can see with Hopper is that he was a protector, he’s a man of justice [and] he now has become a prisoner.
‘He’s trapped and he’s isolated and we get to see an entirely another colour of him that has been hinted at. This season is my favourite because he really is going to show you some new colours and what he’s really made up of.’
‘You really do get to see a lot of his backstory of who he was as a warrior in a sense and sort of the mistakes he made in the past come back to visit him,’ he added to Comic Book.
Filming on season four is underway once more after the coronavirus pandemic stopped filming in March.
Hopper was seemingly killed off at the end of season three, sacrificing himself to help close the rift between our world at the Upside-down.
But a teaser trailer shared by creators The Duffer Brothers, Hopper is now stuck in Kamchatka, Russia, sparking many fan theories about what he’s been up to.
Stranger Things is available to watch on Netflix.
