The exhausted EastEnders star filmed herself practicing, staying in the rehearsal space until midnight to prepare for Saturday’s show.
‘It’s exactly midnight,’ she said, taking a breather with her professional partner Gorka Marquez.
When Gorka asked how she was feeling about her upcoming dances, she said: ‘I’m over the moon. I’m feeling fantastic.’
Maisie has been one of the most impressive stars in this year’s competition, and she’s certainly putting the effort in ahead of this weekend’s semi-final.
The actress is one of the stars tipped for the final, in what’s been described as one of the closest series in Strictly Come Dancing history.
Bill Bailey has emerged as the favourite, with Maisie currently listed as 10-1 by Coral.
It comes after Maisie was involved in one of the more unlikely celebrity exchanges of the year, with Khloe Kardashian praising Maisie’s ‘beautiful legs’.
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star commented on one of Maisie’s most recent Instagram posts, where she opened up about the insecurity of her own pins.
Meanwhile, JJ Chalmers and his dance partner Amy Dowden left the show on Sunday, with viewers left in tears as Amy paid an emotional tribute.
Amy struggled to hold back the tears as she said: ‘It has been an absolute honour to be your partner and most importantly friend, throughout your Strictly experience.
‘He is, and everybody would agree, one of the world’s most truest gentlemen. I honestly believe from working with JJ over the last few months I’ve become a better person and I’ve learned so much.’
Strictly Come Dancing continues Saturday at 7pm on BBC One.
